now NAB is done good time to talk about the rooks. Will throw a few names out per position i believe to be the most notable (in order). interested to see if others have the same opinion.

defenders: ellis (lock), darley, morris, bugg (these are the only defenders i am considering to hold a spot)
mids: magner (pending elevation/injury), miles, mcdonald(old rook), k stevens(think he will be vested most games though), coniglio (expensive though), wingard.
rucks: giles (given), redden, big O(unconvinced), Derickx (probs not best 22)
forwards: smith, pfeiffer, cameron, hampton, kerridge

which rooks are you choosing or have i overlooked someone?

Jalapeno

Think you have summed it up mate. Not much quality on offer this year Imo. Maybe clay ith in the mids tho

Ago97

Im going adam kennedy in the fwds

newfreofan

Pretty much agree mate, though I reckon Wingard is also prime vest material week to week

Crows84

marty clarke? though talk on him seems to have gone cold lately

pavs nose

aaron hall from gc in my fwd line at this stage. went ok yesterday

Windigo

I think Guthrie is still worth a shot. He'll play most games with Hunt & Milburn out.

Put in a couple of low scoring Nab performances and they jumped off in droves. Was a little better on Friday but not great.
I to jumped off with the thought that i can save some coin use it elsewhere wisely i hope and play a cheaper rookie Morris, ellis, Bugg, Spurr to name a few.

What about saad in the forwards? I've heard he is a good chance to play round 1

His in the mix. But hasn't set the NAB on fire for a DT lock.

knotty29

did forget about saad. if he's named round 1 il probably find a spot for him. kerridge I believe is a perfect sub. bigger bodied that can play back, middle and also can shut down a player. saad (goal sneak)isn't really a sub mould I reckon.

I think Tory Dickson (dogs) and ledger (saints) should also be in your mix
