I still think Jolly has got to be a chance in the ruck this year. Sandi will get the main gig but The back up ruckman is up for grabs. It has been an absolute shocking year for ruckman.

Swan and O'brien are just about definate.

Didak and Thomas are the smokeys.

Jolly has only really stood up recently. Was struggling early on which might hinder his chances. Reckon Ryder might be next best ruck this year.

If Jolly continues this form for the next 7 games he should get the second ruck position. He's been standing out and getting BOGs, which is more than any other ruckmen...
I don't think O'Brien will make it. I think only Swan, but perhaps Daisy or Pendles...

Also, I personally think that Toooooovs if highly under-rated and should get an AA gig before O'Brien. :)

Jolly has a shot at back up ruckman. O'Brien will probably get his name thrown in the mix but is unlikely to be starting. Swan is a lock. Daisy will have a chance due to the number of injured and out of form forwards.

I think Jolly is better than Jamar & Mumford for the 2nd ruck spot don't you? I certainly wouldn't want to swap him for either of those.

I don't think Harry is a lock, there is some good competition for that spot and I think Harry's last 4-5 weeks have come off a little. It will be close.

I don't think they'll choose a 2nd ruckmen, if they did, I'd select Jamar cos he was more consistent over the year. Right now I'd have Jolly though

The Age seem to think there will be a second ruckman but not sure what that is based on.

Swan, Didak and Pendlebury are 3 of the top 10 players in the league. If they don't get selected it's not fair dinkum.

10 current All-Australians on show in Prelim final Friday night! Through in Bartel, Corey, Ling, Ottens, Milburn, Maxwell, and possibly Davis or Medhurst, and we have plenty of All Aus players on show.
