72 at half time in this game, and being the only bulldog(bar hagreave and lake) worth a look at is pushing for captain , thoughts?

Boyd is at $21 for the Brownlow, I say get on him will have the season of his life. Average 120 on the cards.

I can't really see him increasing his average, nor decreasing it.

He always has those few games where he scores 100 in a half but he has others where he doesn't get enough of it.

If he fits into your structure by all means go for him but I currently have Selwood instead as I think they'll average roughly the same (105-113)

In terms of captain material it would go

1. Ablett
2. Swan
3. Pendlebury
4. Boyd

agree boyd is a lock and i have him 3rd as capt choice he sees more spikes than Pendles who is super consistant but doesnt score the spikes Boyd swan and gaj do (as much)

I think a lot of people will have had boyd from the start or after his ton in his first full nab game, nothing new today just more of the typical boyd we have come to know and love...

Can't start them all from round 1 tho can we....

Tempting but the best rooks are in the midfield is the concern, still you can always stack your fwd line with MID/FWD rooks there are a few good fwd rooks left in one peice.

Think if I was going to stack my midfield would look like - SWAN / PENDLES /GAJ / BOYD / THOMPSON / rooks
