swanneee !!!  is he still just muckin' around ??? starting to worry me a bit. i know he knows his place in the side is safe but

jeez, he looks like he's happy with the brownlow and time to go home and retire. pendles anyone or will the swan [ugly

duck] come good when its time ????

nostradamus

He was pretty ordinary last pre-season too. But getting Pendles instead, then nabbing Swan after his mid-season arizona holiday is getting pretty tempting

TheMailman

Just look at last years Nab cup scores

He'll be fine. Either keep him in your team or keep him out of your team.

You shouldn't change premiums because of the Nab cup

i just did the unthinkable and dropped him, i could use the extra 30k and i went down to pendles. It could be a bad move but i cant really see it being that bad with the way pendles is going. I have a very solid mids with selwood, boyd and ablett as my other 3 if i didnt i would probably have kept swan in

MGK1

To be honest, we are lucky to be seeing all of these guys matches.
These Nab challenge games wouldn't even have provided stats.

Its the f'ing NAB CUP can everyone just relax about performers and people who aren't up to scratch.

Perthwildcat

It's only the NAB.

But the decision between him and Pendles is not easy.

so mgk1, are you saying that if 3-4 of your guns do zip in all their nab games you would'nt worry ?? would you keep them all

for rnd 1 especially when there are others of the same ilk ?? i know its the nab cup and scores are'nt really reflective of the

mindset and instruction given to certain players, but its hard to ignore.how could pendles score 114 and swan 66?

Swan doesn't care about the Nab cup, Its really that simple.

Just like Paul Roos didn't care about it and many others.

These are PRACTICE matches. I stress the practice. There is really no pressure on Swan to do anything, therefore he doesn't do anything

Ziplock

apparently after the gws game, he was interviewed about their win and said something along the lines of 'what? we won...?'

Exactly... I haven't even looked at any of my premiums NAB cup scores....couldn't tell you how Swan, Ablett, Selwood, Goddard, Fyfe, Pav, ect, ect, are doing. Just looking at mid-pricers, rookies, potential break out players, and role changes.

I'm thinking the same holz, he can be upgraded to and its more than likely that he will go down in price and increase after the bye.
