The Final count is here! Its very high like it is most years in my count for some reason but last year proved that high polling years across the board ae possible. Once again i was surprised by Swan this year who sits in just about the same spot as he did in my count last year when noone expected him to finish in the top 3 let alone win! (it may be a trend?) But im fairly confident Ablett will take it home despite only winning 3 games. Another notable player is coinsidently my favourite player in Trent Cotchin. He is sitting 5th in my count but there are many many games were he hasnt polled or gets a 1 or a 2 or not even polled at all were it is not at all unlikely that he could poll more votes and i mean quite a lot more votes, but once again im fairly confident in the count as always. Hope this helps. if anyone wants more info on the count let me know and i will post it. Cheers!! and happy betting!!

azza707

hey mate, are you able to show the like the top 1 or 2 vote getters for each club and show how many votes they got each. looking at putting a multi down with leading vote getters among the clubs and there are some good odds for players around the place.

Usman

How about i post every vote getter  ;) (this will take a while) ENJOY!

in what game did you give stanley the 1 vote for gold coast?? coz sportsbet has a market of gold coast w/o ablett or bennell and stanley has 12.00 odds, which seem very tempting if your right lol. did you do the votes for all the GC wins?? if so could you put em up thanks :)

Justin Bieber

Only 3 GC players?? That is not correct. What about GC vs Carl? Gary should not poll.

Usman

#140
Round 16 Richmond vs Gold Coast
Richmond. B. Deledio 1 vote
Richmond. T.Cotchin 2 votes
Gold Coast. G....Ablett 3 Votes

Round 20 Gold Coast vs Greater Western Sydney
Gold Coast. D.Stanley 1 vote
Greater Western Sydney. A.Treloar 2 Votes
Gold Coast. G................Ablett 3 Votes

Round 22 Gold Coast vs Carlton
Gold Coast. G.............................................Ablett (CHEERS!!!!)1 vote
Carlton. B.Mclean 2 votes
Gold Coast. H.Bennell 3 votes

There you go. Ablett did not play his best football in their wins, but he didnt last year either and managed a 3 in both of the wins when he didnt have as much of the footy as usual.

The problem with that bet on Stanley, is its very likely that a few will get 1-2 votes, so your bet may be split 3 ways,, guys like Swallow, Horse,Lynch,Hall may jag a single vote here or there.

Justin Bieber

Ablett probably doesn't deserve the 3 votes against GWS, but he probably will... That goal on the siren probably got him the votes...

Also no Wells or Boomer, who along with Swallow will poll the most votes from North IMO, but Thompson? Yeah he had a decent year, but I can only see him getting 3 votes, and Basti the same.

And Deledio...but Swan is easily the biggest name missing.

The Silent Partner

Hi Usman,
Great work once again you got that gig with the AFL yet, or maybe you can just be that guy that scribbles down the stats and hands it to the commentators. Anyway your votes are very interesting am surprised Swan got up that high but apparently his numbers are better than last year, he cant be written off. The Shuey count is interesting currently $11 for most team votes You would be having a stab at those odds. I had a bet of Ablett brownlow , hawks flag Gws spoon and franklin coleman at 65-1 damn you buddy so no running bets this year...yet. I will have a bit here and there Thompson, Swan And JPK as a roughy with a few team multis $3.50 for a tied count looks good too.
