Picking two of these blokes. As my name suggest i love dylan shiel, but it worries me that he hasnt played at all, and wasn't named this weekend. I think McDonald will score 75-85. Clifton around the same. But im concerned with Clifton's JS after all there's Palmer, Ward, Scully, McDonald, Shiel, Coniglio, Tyson, Hoskin Elliot all fighting for the 6 midfield spots. I am picking two of these three, which two?

Shiel won't play round one. It would be ludicrous for Sheeds to play him......

Clifton should play most games this year. Big body around the packs will help out the Giants.

Most likely, but his a freak!

Fair enough. But hasn't played a game yet and I'm very doubtful he'll front up against Sydney.

Sceptical about Shiel after he hasn't played any NAB Cups games, Miles is another one I would looking at in this discussion.

seen a few people talk about competition for gws midfield spots but remember ther aren't just 6 spots. players need to be able to fil multiple roles and of tere is the bench think of the good teams and how many players they have rotating through the middle.
