Either way, I'd go for option 2.
Goodes and Murph will both be top 10 players (in their positions) by the end of the season, while it's more of a stretch for the others, though still possible I guess.

Option 2 but swap Saad for a rookie who will score a bit better say a mid/fwd from GWS or Hall from GC
