Sorry, but Goddard  :P. Don't be scared off! He had a shocking year last year by his standards and still averaged 107!
Will easily be in top 3 backs.

+1 but the second best is a coin toss between lids and scotland. Im going with lids just because of the extra points he will gain running through the midfield this year

Goddard mate! By his standards he had a dissappointing year last year however still lead the backline averages. I think you start behind the eight ball if you leave him out of your side this year.

So you're getting jitters because he spend most of the game on the bench against Eagles and still scored 56?
If he actually cared about NAB and played full games like he does in the season then he would pump out the hundreds.

Afl says he was on ground 85% of the time  :-\. I watched the first half of this game and thought he had a decent 1st Qtr but didn't see him after that. When I went to check FF scores, Monty had him as sitting out most of the game but the AFL stats say otherwise  :-\.

Definately leave him out along with lids. im starting scotland, Heater, Birchall, Fisher and newman. gonna get tbe jump on everyone when God avg is 90 and deledios hammy goes twang.

What?!? The last time Goddard's season ave dropped below 100 was 2007 when he was injured & only player 7 games! In 5 of his past 6 seasons he's averaged over 100 & he's only 26 (turning 27 July)!!!

Tabs - exactly what has given you 2nd thoughts? (please don't say NAB cup - players don't take seriously & only use it to get match fitness/get back into the pace of the game & coaches use it to experiment with new/altered game plans.

Cortez - please give me any plausible reason as to why God will average 90...

Haha, Gotcha!!! You're a donkey if you leave out God or deledio! God will be back averaging 115+ atleast and if richmond go well lids will be 110+ even if richmond have a shower year he will still average over 100.

I'm in for Goddard no doubt but have actually decided to leave Lid's out. Average NAB form is better than hardly any Nab form.

No not getting jitters after watching the NAB cup, just that time of year and i cant wait for the season to start.

Definitely still have Goddard at the moment but am considering Newman the SC specialist
