No job security, no point scoring ability even with half their team in on the weekend against north. Will not be in mine

cortez

Bigger body key forward which is open since Hall left, played good on the weekend.
People may be forgetting last year they played Hall, jones and Grant in the same team why can't they do the same except with Dickson instead of Hall

Talisman

We all know he's 183cm and not a key fwd, right?

No doubt kicks plenty of goals, but from what I have seen/read I don't think he could be compared to big Barry in any way - apart from the lack on hair on the bonce & that he plays fwd for the Dogs...

cortez

could he play a role like porpus?

Yeah, I reckon that's pretty much exactly the role he's been recruited for. Great comparison.

Griffo1982

Can he punch like Barry?

Talisman

Haha! Nobody can punch like Barry!  ;)

the forward line at the dogs isn't as easy to crack into as some may think. grant, minson, jones, cordy and roughead are all competing for tall forward spots (hard decision on which rucks to leave out, so its likely one of cordy, roughead and minson will be molded into a forward). then gia, higgins, sherman, dahlhaus, skinner, tutt and even cooney (who will most likely make a move to the forwards with the dodgy knee) competing for the smaller forward positions. dickson has some work to do.

meow meow

I can find a spot for him in the best 22. It involves a bit of green to go with the red, white and blue.

Gia, Jones, Sherman/Higgins
Dahlhaus, Grant, Minson/Roughead
With players like Roberts, Redpath, Panos, Skinner, Tutt, Hooper and Djerkura all fighting for spots in that forward line with Dickson could be alot of resting players.
