The whole Melbourne team except Magner had the spud icon at half time during last weekend's game against Sydney.

Just had a thought...

...since there is a star icon for the best player on ground for that match, why isn't there an icon for the worst player on ground?

Might I suggest an icon like this?  ;)

but seriously, there's a lot of icons already- individual icons should be avoided, unless a player really deserves them, and even then should be reserved only for the most dominant players/ taggers.

the biggest need for icons are general encompassing ones. I still like the idea of the specific injury ones, with the ham bone for hammy, cow for calf etc. :P

yeah bud, I know they can be resized, the question is, are the objects still identifiable after being resized? For instance, the watson icon would probably look pretty odd resized to 10x10.

and dude, seriously, I'm right with the individual icons... that's why they're not just handed out to every freakin' player. It'd just end up looking ridiculous with an icon for every second person.

Which is why they've generally been conserved for high impact players....
