beau waters, to trust or not to trust?

well here it is. theres probably two reasons to get waters. 1. hes cheap for his known skill and two because he did well against the saints, 90 or so. but this is because he was on aaron siposs. if he can recapture his greatness that everyone knows he has.. i knoe hes dodgey but hes my risk for the season, thoughts?
