have had rioli in from the start but martin looked very impressive yesterday.

fwds atm are franklin, goodes, pav, rioli, danger, porps, pfeiffer, kerridge, couch

Bloody tough decision.

I have the same issue.

Ive gone with Dusty this week as Cyril has a lot more players to steal points from him.

Dusty maybe more inclined to roll through guts more often than Sizzle will...Sizzle has too much competition to try and get in the guts for an extended period of game time

MC

Disagree. When fit at the start of last year, Cyril played predominantly in the guts and strolled forward to snag a few goals. If he can stay fit and healthy, he's a lock for a midfield role. Waste of speed, endurance and talent if he's trapped down forward.

Martin. Easy.
Played 22-21-43 games last two years compared to Rioli's 15-19-34 games in the same period.
Martin also has the bonus of being a dual position player.

good points. though dusty did go missing a bit in Q2 when taylor hunt put a pretty tight tag on him, which'll probably happen with a bit more regularity this year, especially since the tiges dont have too many others you need to tag.

Cotchin? Lids? Newman? Foley?

fever

i'd guess you'd tag dusty before cotchin, and lids/newman will be off half back so they might get defensive fwd roles on them but not out and out tags, and foley is a "meh, maybe" tag imo, again, if dusty was in the middle you'd tag him over foley.

MC

If that's the case, i'll be all over Cotchin this year!

PowWow

I've had the same problem, though i had Rioli and Martin and was thinking Rioli to Danger...

We all know Dusty will play mid then go forward, Cyril anyones guess, Dusty better security on that info.

Same decision for me.

Martin- Is likely to cop a tag
         -Has tough start
         BUT
-Less likely to get injured and more likely to play more games
-Is a gun only getting better
Rioli-   Has hamstrings made of fairy floss
-Usually plays forward and will have Sewell,Burgoyne,Hodge,Mitchell,Smith,Sheils,Lewis,Bateman and now even Buddy to compete  with for mid time
         BUT
         -Is also a gun
-Can get 100 points without hardly touching the ball
-When he does play mid as well can post monster scores
Both are looking good and is giving me a tough choice second only to choosing between Swan and Pendles.

choose swan, by a mile

charliesheen

martin is biggest lock there is

cortez

i have gone for martin over rioli purely for the fact he will be more consistent. my problem now is rioli or chappy for mid 4 spot lol
