Im unsure if this is a good team. worried bout the 3 prem mids.

backs: Scotland, birch, suckling, shaw, hargrave, broughts, darley (ellis, bugg)

mids: Rocky, Murph, Watson, Smith, Magnar, Clifton (gibson, couch)

ruck: mcevoy, giles (redden, stephenson)

fwds: Buddy, fyfe, sidebottom, martin, danger, gian, pfeiffer (hall, zorko)

bit worried bout the unique mids but i think it could pay off, also with rucks, but yeah other than that..

what do you guys think? if i had to improve my mid, who should i downgrade? gian? a defender? i dont know any other decent rookie fwds... cheers

also, wondering, which rookie do you think has the best job security this year?

Mr.Craig

Gian...nah, not really feeling it. But I guess as a sixth forward he might seem like a tasty prospect. Replace Zorko with Smith (I'm presuming that is Devon not Isaac) , then fill the vacant mid rook spot with Kerridge, Stevens, McDonald or whoever else you might fancy. Or, as you mentioned you could downgrade Gia and then upgrade Smith to say, Rory Sloane (don't know how much cash you have in the bank, you might be able to go higher than him).

Best rookie JS? Do you mean from the players in your team or overall? I'd expect Clifton and Coniglio to play most of the season. In my opinion Redden has pushed ahead of Lobbe at Port and could be used in tandem with Renouf effectively.

JS for rookies depends a lot on the injury situation with their respective clubs. For instance, Ellis should get a good run at it but if a couple of guys go down then he almost becomes a lock.

Capper
