If you barrack for Adelaide i understand, but to be brutally honest, it's one of the worse teams i've seen at this point of time.

Yeah, you were a bit too harsh Korza. Lachie's new to DT and Fan Footy so he deserves a be cut a bit of slack.

Lachie, this is a vast improvement on yesterday's team! Here are a few thoughts...

Hargrave looks to be a better choice than Davis, he's been doing well in the NAB and at $232,700 he's an absolute steal. Boumann looks a decent type but he'll find it very hard to score a place in a Hawks team that has more depth than ever before. B.Ellis will likely slot into the Richmond defence and give you some reasonable scores. You probably have too much money invested in your mids, look to downgrade either Hayes or Sloane to a rookie.

This will free up money so you can strengthen your forwards and rucks. Walker looks like he'll be alright this year but for the sake of your side he needs to step aside for a premium such as Fyfe, Chapman, Goodes or if you want to go a little cheaper Dustin Martin. West probably isn't the best choice, his role will probably change when Vardy is back and he's not much of a scorer to start with. Better picks would be Kreuzer or HMac.

As I said, this team is light years ahead of what you had. There's still a few rough edges but your well on the way to a competitive side.

Bock is suspended for the first 2 or 3 rounds and not sure how much game time Boumann will get at the Hawks in the season proper. Heppell prob won't get much better than last season and Duffield can be very up and down, you seem a bit light on in the backs. West is a dodgey ruck option imo, go cheap or guns in the ruck you could change him to hmac or someone like redden or derickx and play giles as your 2nd ruck. Dunno bout walker and porps in the same side but if you have to have one of the definately porps. 5.5/10
