A rate for a rate? Unsure on structure, help would be good.

Hey guys, could you fellas give me some feedback on this, don't bout my mids/fwd but backline i am fairly sure of.

B: Goddard, Scotland, Shaw, Birchall, Hargrave, Ellis, Bugg (Smedts, A.Brown)
M: Ablett, Boyd, Selwood, Gaff, D.Smith, Kavanagh (Magner, L.Brown)
R: Mumford, Macintosh (Giles, Redden)
F: Franklin, Goodes, Pavlich, Sidebottom, Christensen, Tomlinson, Hall (Kerridge, Couch)

$107,700 in the bank

Cheers guys,

V23

Defence: Good - I don't personally think A. Brown is amongst the best rookie defenders.

Midfield: Good - Selection of Gaff is very risky, he's mid-priced and probably won't have a breakout year just yet.  Kavanagh and Brown may not play very often.

Ruck: Very good - McIntosh is a risk seeing as though he is the second ruckman at his team and barely played in 2011.  If he consistently produces games like his last you'll be in a good spot.

Forward: Good - Probably one premium short here.  Not sure if Melbourne will upgrade Magner and Couch from the rookie list so keep an eye on that.  Personally think there are better picks than Christensen and Tomlinson.

7.5/10

gotheroos!

hey mate,

nice team
defence fine.
mids, gaff could be a good pick, but if u want, downgrade mcintosh to a rookie and use money to upgrade him, but its up to u
fwds: ok, but use spare cash to upgrade christensen as he hasn't shown much in the preseason. better of getting dangerfield.

overall a 8/10. a few midpricers who are gambles.
