Koby stevens as starting midfielder?

Which young midfielder is most likely to kill it? Currently have K Stevens in my starting midfield, is there anyone better who will play all games for 140k or less. Have L Neale and J Magner on bench.  GWS kids??

Atm for around his price i have Stephen Clifton but am still tossing up between him and stevens. Clifton has better js. thats why he is in mine over stevens atm.

d.smith GWS or d.shiels GWS if not injury should score better too
tho playing all games is a no GWS will rotate, smith maybe more games then shiels coz he can play FWDs
all 3 well be lucky to play 18+ games and even them games maybe sub effected
