Veteran Adam McPhee is expected to face intense pressure to hold his place in Fremantle's best 22, with Luke McPharlin forecasting strong competition for spots in the back half heading into round one.

That being said - I think McPhee has performed very well in the pre-season games to date.  He is doing everything right to be selected for round 1
