Have decided there are not enough decent rookies in the backlines, especially those with good JS. Have decided to go with 4 mid-pricers in the backs who I think are all undervalued. What's everyones thoughts?

Salary cap left: $52,900.

Andrew Carrazzo, Heath Shaw, Grant Birchall, Mitchell Golby, Brodie Smith, Courtenay Dempsey, Ryan Hargrave
Brandon Ellis, Sam Darley

Scott Pendlebury, Gary Ablett jnr, Joel Selwood, Nathan van Berlo, Simon Hogan, Stephen Clifton
Sam Kerridge, James Magner

Ben McEvoy, Jonathan Giles
Tom Derickx, Orren Stephenson

Lance Franklin, Adam Goodes, Nathan Fyfe, Dustin Martin, Hayden Ballantyne, Jason Porplyzia, Devon Smith
Jeremy Cameron, Aaron Hall

I heard this is the one of the btter teams going around?

I don't know why people are on Golby already...Brodie Smith meh... had him last year and he stinked it up. You whole backline is risky with 4 mid pricers?

Alright mids, NVB is a interesting choice.

Nice rucks

Interesting forwards with H Ball and props.

Overall it's good, but I've seen better. I would propose to downgrade one or two defenders and upgrade one forward.

Memphistopheles

Not a bad idea but i'm not sure I like those mid-price choices.

Hargrave - yes
Golby - no, he won't get much gametime imo
Smith - Not a real good DT scorer
Dempsey - Not a fan of him as a player or DT player.

How about Howard/Lake from the Bulldogs.

Or Conca from the Tigers.

Adam Selwood or Waters from the Eagles are another option.

Malceski from Sydney.

Duffield from Freo.

Stratton from the Hawks will def improve his points this season although not one i'd pick.

There are a few good Tiger rookies as well - i'd have at least one in your team - Morris/Webberley/Ellis.

And a couple of GWS rookies would be worth a go - Bugg/Darley/Buntine/Tomlinson.

Personally I'd go for two, if not three rookies and then fill with mid-pricers.

As for the rest of the team - don't like Van Berlo in your mids, not sold on Kerridge either would rather go Neale.

Rucks are a bit light - get another prem or at least make your one prem Cox.

Not sold on Ballantyne or Porplyzia either up front.

If you listen to all the advice given you can kae a very strong side.

Thanks for the suggestions and have made a few changes.
I am bullish about Brodie Smith, think he will step up this year under Sanderson. Dempsey is a risk, but like Hargrave, hopefully he can get back to somewhere like his 2010 form
Have dropped Ballantyne and NVB for Lewis and Murphy, however will watch both plus Porps this week.
Cheers again.

I think Dempsey is out with a shoulder and Smith has under performed since his rookie year. The rest look ok. 8/10
