lake or hargreave? or both?

since hargreave slayed everyone has got onto his band wagon, which has left Lake as popular as salad at maccas.....  but what about getting them both in? they have the first bye, so by then they will have made alot of cash and you should be able to upgrade them to someone who has the last bye, for example carlton, if u have enough cash u could trade them for scotland or carazo. or burgoyne (unique), or deledio or fisher. because lets face not many people are or were gonna have Lake in their team for the whole season because you could trade up..

If i wereto pick them I would only pick them as keepers not as trade bait.
Plenty of rookies who will make you more cash then them and less risk at a cheaper price if you know their job security is good.

100k rook up to 350 or a 250 player to 400.
Pick the rook every day of the week.

So yeh for me im undecided on both but will only pick them if I am confident they can become keepers.

wouldn;t you want the bye situation to be the otherway round to be to your advantage.... ie in week 2 or 3 you want to upgrade someone who has the third bye for someone in a team who has the first bye...

By your method you still get hit with the bye.

Dream team is about points scored. You may make more money then the guy with Lake but he will score more points then you. The guy with the most points is going to win the car the guy who made the most money wont win anything.
