Which Richmond rookie defender should we choose and why?

Webberley looks the best option - 110k and is playing on the wing!

Have Morris at the moment, but Ellis has looked solid.  Webberley should also be considered as his price is in between Morris and Ellis.

Yeah don't mind Webberleys game, he's a good Tassie boy, know his dad a bit.
Job security was a problem last year though as well as a couple of injuries I think.
Will have to keep an eye on him, is he a defender though?

Yep, priced at $110,800.

Ellis only played like 3/4 of game so he's a better choice IMO.

get both if named rd1 - rd 13 bye is the optimum bye for cash cows

Ellis, better footballer already and by a fair way

sorry, even at this early stage it seems a no-brainer on current form.
Ellis has the goods and the coaching staff would guess have him as more of a likely rd1 starter than Morris.

agreed, I am monitoring Webberley esp if he stays in the mids

I have Morris but am watching Ellis and Webberly (personal fav. of my a couple of yrs back) very closely.

I've been trying to differentiate betweek Ellis and Morris as well. Although I really like Webberly. Had a few years in the system now, some injury and js issues last year, but he should hopefully get a chance on the wing this year. I can't take all 3, so may opt for Webberly and Ellis.
