Murphy- was tagged out of the game tonight which has given me some doubts! He might get the no. 1 tag over juddy...young, consistent and a good scorer

Dal- very consistent scorer, and unique!

Mitchell- pretty much had a breakout year last year...what will he do this year?

Judd- superstar, but has injury troubles

Gibbs- set for a good year

bit harsh on murphy.
copped tags last year and didnt affect him remember its only nab cup he will average 115-120 this year easily.

but i have voted nicky dal a good unique who is always consistent

Colliwobblers

Why Boyd over NDS?

Is he in a better side? No.
Historically scored more? No. (Nowhere near)
Is age a factor? No. (Dal is 2 years younger)
Did he average more last season? No.
Is he much cheaper? No.
Better JS? No.

So the only question that remains is: wtf?

NDS - What has NDS done for people to be so critical? Oh, apart from averaging 115+ and only missing 3 games in 8 seasons....

Only to be shot down/ignored by most people. Now the poll suggests more people are in favour of NDS!
Amazing how one NAB cup game has changed the public perception. How ridiculous.

sorry to be blunt, but this is a no-brainer.

Murphy is on the up, NDS was at his ceiling last year

Judd is a superstar but with his pre-season inj rehab would probably be a better mid-season upgrade target.

Mitchell is like NDS, had a blinder last year and more likely to slide than improve.

tough between Murphy and Gibbs = both young and on the up ...

what separates them for me is that Ratts has tended to use Gibbs as a 'utility' type player, cos of his skill set, size, etc he can be used, back, mid and fwd - it is this unknown that would have me leaning towards Murphy, just shading Gibbs ...

Yep Murphy for me Judd might get rested a bit more up forward this year and give Murphy more of a go.
