sandi pulled out pre-game so that's not a good sign to everyone who has him (not myself)
but his likely to be rested throughout the season anyway coming back from inj better options in the ruck this yr IMO

hmac + gia seems the best option both played really well this week, but have to monitor over the next few weeks

mummy will prob be 1# ruck this yr IMO but i wouldn't go anywhere near porps that's just a disaster waiting to happen

Another player returning from injury who is not 100%. Warning signs everywhere. Sometimes injuries can affect other parts of the body. Ie Knee problems lead to hip problems etc. When you favor something, you are changing the way your body naturally moves, this puts stress onto something else. I would be staying away from these players, maybe take the punt on one if you must. HMac is mine.

His injury was worse than first reported. Calf strain, now defn out for the NAB, currently reporting he will make round 1.

i like Hmac but i dont like gia, if it was a simular player in his price range like a dangerfield, christenson or even ballateyne i would go that option but if not mummy and porpoise all the way
