Out of the three, kick birchall. But you have 7 starting defenders, to 3 in one round will have to start, may as well, just like windy said, keep all 3.

i think he means using DPP Link, so R13 would be

Goddard > Bench
Birchall > Bench
Lids > To Mid > Bench

until R13 use them all in the backline
