Which position to load?

I have a dilemma, at the moment I have a choice between three things:

5 gun backs, 3 gun mids and 5 gun forwards

4 gun backs, 4 gun mids, 5 gun forwards

5 gun backs, 4 gun mids, 4 gun forwards

Instinctively, I would choose to load up my mids and forwards, as that is where the better scores seem to originate from, however due to the abundance of quality midfield rooks this year, would I be better off just starting with my three gun mids?

I would stack the fwds this year, plenty of value in the premos there and hardly any value in the defenders. My structure is 4 def guns, 3 mid guns (plus sloane), 1 ruck gun and 6 fwd guns. Some might call having 6 fwd guns a bit extreme but i see a lot of value in the guns up fwd.

i think i agree with last poster but i hate the look of only 3 gun mids, makes sense to go that way but im at option 2 for now 4-4-5

I am going with 3 gun backs hoping a couple of mid pricers can improve with the options elsewhere backs the place to skimp especially with that ugly rd 13 bye

The lack of decent round 11 forwards is also an issue.

Well I have gone 4-3-2-5 structure. Fowards look good with the structure, backs are good coz all 4 guns are over 500K and mids are nice (all guns over 620K) + You have a set and forget rucks :D

4 guns, mid pricer & 2 rookies.

4 guns & 2 'rookie priced players.'

5 guns & 2 rookies.

For you, option 2.

forwards and backs.

forwards have the best looking break outs, while the backs have the least number of viable rookie option. Skimp on your mids.
