I am thinking about using Duffield   $410,000 ,he can't be as bad as last year? Can he? :-\

Usman

im considering him. It depends on whether or not Ross Lyon wants to take advantage of his kicking ability and asks his team mates to get the ball in his hands. More will be revealed today against Richmond

PICCOLLO

Risky.  He and Mcphee have been rotating in that 'Sam Fisher' position.  At his current value, I'd pass.

Got a few touches tonight?

Aeon05

Im taking him, I think he can get back to his 2010 averages this year.

chowder

Could be unique if  you are brave enough  to take a risk  that he finds his old form.

look, it's a high risk, high reward call - still have to monitor and to be honest you probably won't really know until rd  proper or beyond imo ... do you really wanna take that chance??  ;)

Yes. Yes i do. As freo jump up the ladder this year, so will the duff.  :P

Bosh

For that price he almost has to be in your end of year team or you're wasting a trade and putting yourselves behind everyone. Better off going rookie or premium..

Mozza3

I think Duff can get back to his best. He averaged 90+ in 09 and 10 and I think last year was just one of those years for most Freo players. Considering people were/are contemplating Grimes at around the same price, I think he presents a much safer option.

Obese Arachnid

Ooooo ....Duffman!!

He can be worse, so can everyone. We don't know what Ross is going to do with that backline come season proper. He could play the Gilbert role & Broughts might get the Fisher role. It might not even be that easily transposable.

I'm tending towards Broughts but am still waiting for more proof.

If he can put 2 games together he's in for me(can't believe I just said that) lol :o

Would look at him as more of a DT player...

Really? why? he is consistently better in SC due to his elite disposal.
