Adams is the kind of guy that could really give you a big leg up. Gutsy to pick him but with the expected improvement from the Roos, it could pay off.

+1 He has been the forward that floats in and out of my team mainly because of the $490k. If I was confident he would average 100 would keep but doubt persists.

So far I have read that Adelaide, Brisbane, Carlton, Essendon, Freo, Gold Coast, Melbourne, North, Port, Richmond, St Kilda and Doggies are improving. Hawks, Pies, West Coast and Geelong are top 4 and poor old Sydney falling behind. What about GWS?

Makes it hard to pick based on which team is going to improve.

To be realistic I would say essendon, richmond, north and the dees are improving.
Brisbane, gc, adelaide, port still to far back
Carlton, westcoast, hawthorn collingwood are the benchmark
The rest are in the decline

I would say adelaide, Brisbane, Freo, Melbourne and Richmond will improve this year, and all will be vying for the 8. Sydney will hold their position, saints and dogs to continue sliding, GC to improve a bit, port is just shower. Carlton over rated.

i wouldnt say that Brisbane, gc, adelaide, port still to far back more like rebuilding
and i also see the cats still up there in the mix.

Will be an interesting season for Sydney, can they make the top 8 again, i think so
