to win it you have to pull the trigger on some rookies before they top out eg week 5-6 the quicker you upgrade the more chance you have
You make an excellent point.
I have no reply haha.

That is true if there is some one worthy of being picked

Spot on with previous post but for diff reason
If you seriously think that you will nail every rookie, then your either overly optimistic or far better than me.
My plan is to bring him in for my underperforming rook in about round 3
You will have about 4 rooks in mid to choose from anyway.

What if you don't have an underperforming mid rookie this year?
then you either sit and take a punt or trade and take a punt.

I heard some one on the radio the other day mention a good point. Not many rookies last year for GC produced week in week out (other than Zac) and some of them were meant to be the bees knees. I dont see any of the GWS rookies being yearly players in peoples teams (even Giles)

On another note you have Heppell who a couple of people traded after he hit his top but then he ended up being the 5th highest scoring back (i think)

If we don't see him we won't know the hype is not just that. Prob plenty of rooks withsenior exp that will do just as well. Kids rarely "kill it" in year one.
