Just got back from the footy and man all of my rumours pre season came true.

1. Paul Stewart lined up in midfield and absolutely tore up. He scored 30 odd dt points but he only really played the first half and spent the rest on bench (also heard he didnt play the second game suggesting he is a very required player)

2. Danyle Pearce played HBF and absolutely tore up. He was unlucky in terms of DT points but he was taking the kick outs as well as running up the ground

3. A suprise packet in another Stewart this time Daniel who lined up in ruck...think he did alright dt wise but he looked like an elite ruckman as well as working well around the ground taking some big grabs

4. Taylor Walker is huuuuuge. It started raining during the crows game and it was a low scoring one so he couldnt get as much ball as i wanted but he is so dominant


I only managed to see the first two games in stinking hot weather and then it started raining so me and my gf went back to hers.

Daniel played no.1 ruck and was dominant around the ground. renouf will be good for round 1 so then it will change. TBH redden is slow and unfit I really cant see him craking more than 5 games this year he is dopey, slow, lazy, unfit just a pain in the arse really
