Sorry, I just tried to find the article from the last day or two, Armstrong, Mitchell and Spangher all ruled out of round 1 bye Longmire. From memory, Armstrong had something like a hamstring.... pretty sure it was that rather than a knee
I have read so many articles lately on players, keeping them all in my head is impossible. If I find it I will come back and repost
