I don't know if he can scale the heights of Swan, Boyd or his teammate Mitchell but I think he's a very good choice. The problem with Hodgey is he's so effective across many roles for his team it probably means his scores will fluctuate from week to week.

I dont really need him to score 120 a week but if he scores around 105 a week I would be happy. Because he is only at $467,000 averaging just a bit more than he did last year will do.

105 is definitely achievable and realistic. I've heard he's been a bit of a slow starter pre-season so he'll probably take a few games to hit his straps just like last year.

west coast fan here, love how beau waters goes about his game (when he is not regularly injured) but there are better value defenders out there - not for me.

hodge is a premium IMO, super dependable, not a 120 elite but can go 11o in a good season and the hawks will have anotehr good one, and his partenr in your choices better than waters. so option 2
