RANDOM TEAM SELECTION LEAGUE 2 (NULL AND VOID)

thanks benny im in for league #2, dont bump anyone out of the #1 league if anyone wants to beat me and my ridiculous team up just grab a hotmail account or something and join #2 also, i feel i might be using those 3 trades on the fwd line first up, but im going to be in a LOT of trouble in round 12 with 5 of those starters on the same bye.....

whats the rules for the 3 trades, when do we do them and do we post them on here?

A total of 3 trades are allowed before the AFL season starts.  These trades are to be made as per usual (player for player).  Further random generating is not required. Just to ensure no one adjusts their side once randomly generated I have recorded each side as they're posted (not that we don't trust anyone). Post your trades as you go within this thread so I can update your side.  Once L2 is full I will post all 18 sides so we can all study each others sides. Obviously trades during the year don't need to be posted on here.

I don't think i will be able to have a full team playing round 1 even with the 3 trades, but im guessing we will all be in the same boat....

OMG just read the prospectus on my team and half my mid pricers are back on  the rookie list the other half are stoppers or taggers :( dont even ask about the rooks...... holy shower, trade bonanza in first 3 rounds.

all trades were downgrades hence the cash, if you gave me 3 more it would be 3 more downgrades, team needs help!!

Originally I thought 2 pre season trades would be enough.  That was before the guys started posting their sides, on top of the fact that the random team selection God didn't look after me by giving me Varcoe, Menzel and then LeCras went down.  I think 3 trades is enough to improve your side to make it a little more competitive without compromising on the random aspect. In saying that, I didn't allow 3 trades because of LeCras going down.  I'm just having a sook! :)

maybe you should have gotten 3 plus a sideways only lecras trade...

Still i wouldnt want any more than three i think you got it right, still a lot of work to do early in the season and the most important thing i am looking forward to is having a team absolutely NOTHING like my real team, otherwise whats the point.

Looking Forward to it, might have to do a bit of advertising to round up enough to fill the league.

Yeah I advertised this league on my rate my supercoach thread earlier but have since taken that advert off.  Might have to add it back on.  For some reason alot of people have a problem with supercoach / Dreamteam participants having more than 1 team.  They need only take 1 look at some of the random sides and I think they'll see they're no threat to the $50k.
