Hey guys this bloke is set to sign a new deal and as we read this article it states that Jamar is set to play 2012 predominantly in the ruck with Martin up forward!!

He averaged 102 up until injury last year then fluffed off a bit towards the end of the year with the emergance of Martin. I think after a big pre season he could be a handy acquisition in our teams in 2012. My strategy is to trade him to cox when he makes some more money and cox decreases. This will alow my team to have a good balance with 2 gun ruckman instead of the 1 gun 1 rook strategy!! What are your opinions?? cheers

you raise a few good points but there are better option out there.

I reckon Jamar is a tad too expensive to bring in then upgrade. If that's your plan, save some cash and get McIntosh

I can't see Jamar averaging over 90. Too expensive to use as a lean to for an upgrade.

zac smith or trent west showed a bit in teh nab cup game, definately going to be the cats #1 ruck and beat stephensen in hitouts and did a lot when forward. watch him in the next couple of nab games

I know this a sc thread but the dt scores have West with 9points for hit outs and OS with 16 points?

I used him to pinch hit for me when Sandi went down with his turf toe.

He is in the dinosaur mold of ruckmen, not capable of averaging 100 IMO

I watched a couple of games where he played up forward changing with Martin.

He just seemed to have no idea.

gee bit harsh on smith. they might aswell of been playin in bondi beach thats how wet it was.

bit hard to take much of the the 2 games.
