Yes

Seriously though, I do believe that teams will start to rest players throughout the year. If Collingwood proved anything last year is you need enough depth and top level experience to cover all positions. Teams need 30 players to choose from each week. It's only natural they may rotate some.

so what does that mean? you're not going to get them and miss out on 120 points every week [plus captain],

because they may get rested? please do it , better for us that hold him

agreed, not worth missing on major points for the sake of a week or two  :P

I reckon it is. If you do the math, if you pick a player who plays through the period that Swan rests, unless this player scores 20 points less a game, and you saying he will average 120, and Swan misses 2 weeks between 12-14 , then you come out on top.

Swan plays 21 averages 120.

Let's say you make both captain every week.

Boyd scores 5060 points for you

Swan scores 5040.

By choosing Boyd over Swan you score 20 more points.

Now tell me Swan resting a week isn't going to hurt.
