Hey guys so current prem mids are GAJ, Swan, Rockliff/?, S.Thompson.

But i have 50k in the bank should i keep it? or upgrade Rockliff to Dal Santo, Murphy, Judd, Boyd or Priddis?

Kind of would rather a proven performer in my 3rd mid spot but i'm not sure is Rocky the best choice?

The key word is 'Proven' and for that reason I'd take all those options ahead of Rocky, my choice would be Murphy.

How is rocky not proven??? Averaged 113 last season!!!

kilbluff1985

A proven performer is a guy that's averaged that much for more then 1 year

Mozza3

One good year compared to the numerous good years by the others.

that was only 1 season. whereas all the other players you listed have had above 100 averages for consecutive seasons. why no selwood? he would be my pick.

kilbluff1985

Right to be honest i forgot about Jelwood lol cause he was priced under Rocky but that's because of the game he got concussed in so he's now in for Rocky

Jay

Point taken...you cant deny he is a gun though :D

Samm79

I am going Murph, proven performer. Had Rocky all last year, don't think the tag, if he gets it will worry him too much. Plays inside and can rack up tackles.

Bit midfield heavy with so many rookie cash cows, stack your backs ;-)

Mozza3

The problem with stacking your backs is that most of the good ones are out round 13.

Only if your going the top 4 as in Scotland, Deledio, Birchall and Goddard, There are plenty of others ;-),
I should have explained better, There are more better scoring options in the mids with rookies than there are in the backs for making money, time will tell no doubt though, ,
So taking into account the rnd 13 byes maybe a strategy of more durable scoring backs than mids maybe the answer from the start :-D
