First time post and second year at Dreamteam.
My first year I got slaughtered because my initial team was sub-standard, hope to improve this year.

Windigo I realise it may take a while, thanks in advance.

Backs: Scotland, Shaw, Heppell, Lake, Clarke, Ellis, Wilkes, Smedts, Bugg

Mids: Swan, Pendlebury, Ablett, Rockliff, Gaff, McDonald, Kennedy, Miles

Rucks: Cox, Leuenberger, Rowe, Stepensen

Forwards: Franklin, Goodes, Fyfe, Pavlich, Folau, Saad, Cameron, Hampton, Panos

I have a lot of risks, like lake, clarke, wilkes in the back. I'm unsure how Gaff and McDonald will perform in mid and I have potential three players in the forward line that may not play.

Team still in flux.

Windigo just did like a whole page worth. Should be up to date soon  :P

Thanks Windigo!
I was a little bit dodgy about both and will have a fiddle and see what I can do.

BACKS:

Dunno about both Heppell and Broughton. Personally I'd only go with one of them. Rest of the line is decent. Maybe Hanley?

MIDS:

Strong top 4. Sammy is such a gun and deserves more selection in teams! Neale may be out for round one though. I view J_Mac as a bench option.

RUCKS:

Dominance. Stick by Berger.

FORWARDS:

Strong as. Chappy in there just glams it up heaps. Great line with the correct rookies at this stage.

OVERALL:

Great team mate. Love the selections in the FWD line. Really are unique picks, I like it. I'd only have Broughton or Heppell. But that's just me.  :P

BACKS:

Strong line mate. Hargrave is perfect for a number 5 spot. Great job. Maybe don't double up with both Tiger's players.

MIDS:

I'm a bit suspect with the rookies. Good and strong top mate. Zorko, Shiel & Magnar all with injury clouds....

RUCKS:

Standard.

FORWARDS:

Strong as! Well thought out, and arguably the best FWD's going around ATM.

OVERALL:

Some of your rookies are a little suspect, but just make sure they are named for round one and you'll be okay. Great team mate. Strong across the board.  ;)

BACKS:

Er, the strongest of seen. Was never a fan Lawn Mohr though.

MIDS:

You obviously have your own tactic going here Q, it's not what I do. If I was doing something like this I'd stack the mids and go mid pricer's in the back line.

RUCKS:

Very strong.  ;)

FORWARDS:

Strong. I think your well aware that O'keefe is out for a while.....May want to trade him out. Still not sold on Saad.  :-\

OVERALL:

It's different, I'll give it that. Who knows what will happen with this team. You'll either look like a genius or maybe not..... :P

BACKS:

I think you need another gun defensive player. Heppell is a number 3 option at best. Wilkes should be no where near your starting squad!

MIDS:

Yeah, Gaff is an interesting one. I'd rather you get a rookie or go up to say Sloane. Good choice with the Rock.

RUCKS:

They share the same bye.....

FORWARDS:

Great top 4 mate. Israel won't be a relevant scoring option this year. Plenty of other GWS talent to pick from.

OVERALL:

A solid team, it just needs some polish. Go through the forums, I'm sure you'll get plenty of advice there. Particuraly on rookies. They will make or break you.  ;)

BACKS:

Nice back line. Well thought out players. Scotland is a very handy inclusion.

MIDS:

Really missing another gun midfielder IMO. Decent rookies, Magnar is injured and so Neale....

RUCKS:

Share the same bye.. Re-consider.

FORWARDS:

Very strong. Best line you have. Loving the 3 ultra guns at the top.

OVERALL:

Solid team mate. I think you need another midfield gun. But it's an impressive team as it stands.  :)

Who would you suggest instead of Mohr. Replacements for ROK?

Windigo

I'd rather Spurr TBH. But I haven't seen enough of him. But he looks the goods.

Mitch Rob or Sylvia for O'keefe. Although Rob has been under some injury clouds and Colin can be dodgy but is better than what he showed last year.

D.Shiel

Backs: Scotland, Goddard, Shaw, Birchall, Hargrave, Docherty, Ellis
(Darley, Bugg)

Mids: Swan, Pendlebury, Ablett, Rockliff, McCarthy, Miles
(Shiel, Zorko)

Rucks: Leunberger, Giles
(Redden, Stephenson)

Forward: Franklin, Fyfe, Martin, Sidebottom, Dangerfield, Pfeiffer, Smith
(Hall, Kerridge)

Geniunly going for car. Obviously can't tell with initial team, but i was top 200 last year, aiming for top 50 at least! Thanks Windi!

Uncle

Interested to hear opinions... Feeling one premium short down back, missing my standard cox/sandi combo scares me, plus saints are scary right now. I think i've over stacked the forwards at the expense of the backs, but I can't chose who to drop (want goodes/johnson/pav as well!!)

Trying to avoid the grimes/lake/hargrave/ byrnes/bate etc. Duffield and hayes is more than enough risk for me!

Scotland, Goddard, Birchall, Duffield, Clarke, Ellis, Bugg (Darley, Morris)

Swan, Ablett, Boyd, Hayes, Clifton, Smith (Miles, Magner/Gibson/hogan/whoever)

Leuenberger, McEvoy (Giles, Stephenson)

Franklin, Fyfe, Chapman, Cloke, Martin, Kerridge, Cameron (Couch, Hall)

sledgey7

godd, shaw, duff, waters, clarke, hargrave, ellis (darley, bugg)

gaj, swan, pendles, masten, clay smith, miles (magner, old mac)

cox, hmac (giles, redden)

buddy, dusty, goodes, fyfe, balla, danger, devon smith  (kerridge, couch)

more worried about thoughts on structure rather than players.
i know my forward line is a little stacked which leaves my mids a little light on but i'm banking on a 90 plus avg from masten who will obv be upgraded.
