BACKS:

Very solid top 4 and Hargrave at 5 makes it even more dominant. I like Docherty, he can really play. He'll be in my team if he can slay in the last NAB.

MIDS:

Great midfield. Taking a minor risk with McCarthy. Has been having a great pre-seaon and I think the Pies will regret letting him go. I don't think Zorko & Shiel will play round one....

RUCKS:

Solid. Just keep in mind that they both share the same bye.

FORWARDS:

Great FWD line mate. Not keen on Dangerfield myself but I can see why people pick him. Dazza P could be in and out of the Port squad this year IMO.

OVERALL:

A ripper team through and through. I can see why you finished so high last year. Nice team and looks the goods to push top whatever.  :P

Yeah mate, one premium short in the back line IMO. It ain't bad, but it could look better. But if Duff slays then it's all good.  ;)

MIDS:

Hayes went down again and I'd seriously consider not getting him. Don't spend too much on your bench options.

RUCKS:

Dominance.  :)

FORWARDS:

Love it, Chappy is shaping as a real unique with top teams. Maybe lacking at 6 with Kerridge.

OVERALL:

It's a solid team that could do with some polishing up. Maybe downgrade Chappy if you really have to, but his a good inclusion. But that's who I'd drop to get some more fire power down back. Also Hayes is a risk.

Missing at least another premium. Duff & Waters are good selections, but I think it needs another gun. Even Broughton would suffice if your were short on $$$.

MIDS:

Taking a huge risk with Masten. I don't care how good his NAB has been.  :P It could pay off for you though......

RUCKS:

Great combo! They share the same bye....... :-\

FORWARDS:

A couple of risks with Ballantyne and Danger. Personally I'd only roll with one of the two.

OVERALL:

Yeah, I see where your coming from with the stacked midfield. But your pinning a lot of hopes on Masten, they 'ever' reliable Masten.....It's a solid team though. It's just not what I'd be doing.  :)

Solid back line mate. Every week I'm becoming unconvinced with the scores by Marty....

MIDS:

Love the Sammy M selection, really needs more recognition as a DT gun. Great midfield. Only I'd have Docherty defense and Kerridge FWD.

RUCKS:

FORWARDS:

Fyfe is shaping as a must have going on pre-season dominance. Very nice line throughout with your rookie selections.

OVERALL:

It's a very nice team mate. Only I'd put Docherty in the back line, drop Marty for him and put Kezza FWD and get a couple of GWS guns.


Treloar>Kerridge.

Saad>A.Kennedy. His my GWS smoky of sorts. Not much talk about him which is good. He is a couple of years older than most GWS FWD's and Sheeds says he is a born leader. Watch him.  :)

Solid defensive players here. Hanley should push his average up this year making him more than a viable choice. Watch Waters, a risk at this stage. Hargrave? Also, who is Redpath?  :P

MIDS:

I almost certain you would have Cotchin. His a good pick up and he should push the average up again this year. A star in the making. Good midfield. Rookies have to be elevated first.

RUCKS:

Cox is great, the Mullet is not. I'd rather another option. Maric has never been a good DT scorer.

FORWARDS:

Christo was underwhelming in his NAB game which makes me think he could be carrying an injury. I'd go with Porpoise and leave Christo out.

OVERALL:

Great team with a few quirky selections. What about this:

Waters>Hargrave
Christo>Rookie
Maric>GUN.

Maybe?

Too many risks. I wouldn't have all 3 in my team. It could be trouble for you if they all fail.

MIDS:

Great midfield. Cotchin looks a safe bet IMO. Strong midfield, maybe too strong.

RUCKS:

Strong top 4. Maybe downgrade Byrnes and try and upgrade Winderleich to at least Danger?

OVERALL:

Solid effort, but midfield is too expensive. Coniglio>Clifton & Tyson/Wingard>Miles gives you heaps of cash and those players should score around the same. Too many risks in the backline. Or Upgrade Shannon to Porplyzia and upgrade the backs. With the cash from the downgrade mids.

Solid top 3 and if Hargrave and Duff fire then it's a very decent line. Wilkes has done nothing, not worth a spot IMO.

MIDS:

Very nice midfield. Clifton should be in more teams, should play all games and is a big body.

RUCKS:

Dominance.  8)

FORWARDS:

Greta FWD line, similar to mine. Rookies and gun selections are all the correct ones.

OVERALL:

Very impressive team, I wouldn't change much. I like the how you've put together a solid team with two gun rucks. Duff Man looks currently and so is this team.  :)

Great defense. Waters fits at 5. Good work!  :) Maybe watch Smedts, his disposal was terrible and it wouldn't help his cause for a round one debut.

MIDS:

Great line again mate. Rockliff is the next Swan. Maybe don't get Koby, I believe he will find it tough to get a gig in the Eagles' midfield this year.

RUCKS:

Great, they share the same bye, remember that!

FORWARDS:

Solid top 4 and Dangerfield could pay off this year.....Or it could be another year averaging 70. Watch your rookie bench.

OVERALL:

Pretty good team with perfect balance through all lines. Dangerfield could go either way for you. Maybe downgrade Waters to Hargrave  and see what you can do with the left over $$$.
