What team is better?

Team 1 is my original team. I've just been playing around trying different things. Thought i'd load up on the mids, as back line rookies could really perform this year, thus the extra point gain in mid could be valuable.

Also if I stay with team 1, I think Miles may be my weakest link in the mids. Would Congilo be a better option? Or someone else? Would appreciate your thoughts! Thank you :)

hmmm tricky one.

heppell + Robbo VS vanberlo + Martin i'm not sure i can split them point scoring wise but i like the structure of team 1 better as i dont like the idea of mid priced midfielders, that said if vanberlo lifts to keeper status that would be the best outcome, just not sure he will.

option 1 by a whisker :) plus more money in the bank..

I would not pay over 400k for a 2nd year player, even I'd Heppel is a champ

I like #2 but for your crows. I wouldn't trust porpoise as far as he could throw his own shoulder, and vb is a bit of a nothing player, he might hold his avg, go lil up or down but probably won't win you too many games as a unique.

Thanks for your feedback guys. Do you think maybe Slone or Vince would be better options the VB? Would throw Barlow in, but looks like everyone are getting cold feet about him.

I could prob make some more changes, such as Conca > Hargrave, Sidebottom > J. Brown to free up some cash and make it a 5 true premium mid?? Or is this taking too much risk?

Barlow for NVB and porpy as a DT is a no go a rookie like Treloar as he will score the same if not more

Just had another play around then to try get 5 premium mid. I think the team carries a lot of risk, but think it could possibly pull off? Depending on Porp, I may downgrade him to a rook. Will have to look at the next few weeks. But i've come up with this, how do you think it compares with the other 2?

you need to change jacobs or hmac both have the round 11 bye and so does giles.

i would consider making porps a rook and upgrading grimes to a safer premium, unless he looks 100% in nabcup.

if he does use the money to upgrade hmac or jacobs to fix that up.

great fwd line (too great :) ) great midfield slightly weak defence and i would consider going 1 premium 3 rooks or 2 premium 2 rooks in the ruck, not sure hmac will outscore giles and he costs double

Where's the Hamburger lol. I would prefer Robbo over Martin but I would like both. Porps I dunno but yeah good risk. Injured again might I add...(not shoulder though). I love people who have Marc Murphy!!! lol. Automatically good side haa. It's interesting with the weak backline cause Lids is injured but could work. (not saying I have a strong backline). And yeah the stacked midfield works.

I like version 2.1 the best of the lot. Kinda agree with Essendon2 there. It's a well rounded team.
