Ahoy!

Big O or Redden to fill my R4 spot?
Redden for scoring potential but Orren for Job Security ;)

Ryan Hargrave and 300k midfielder

OR

Gran Birchall and D. Shiel

Thanks.

Torpedo10

Hey le,

Who would you choose?

Kennedy from the Eagles
OR
Nahas from the Tigers?

elephants

Tough. I love both (look at my euros ;))...

I see more midfield time for Nahas coming and JJK being the main focal point with Lecca going down...

Both are very good uniques but I am saying JJK due to his helpful bye round and slightly smaller price-tag.

What do you think of my dilemma? ^^

Victorius Secret

great effort on the thread elephant.

i can't decide on these one.

Tom Rockliff and Marty Clarke

or

Matthew Boyd and Steven Morris.

also

Heath Scotland and Hamish McIntosh

or

Reece Conca and Matty Leunenberger (plus some coins leftover)

cheers  :)

Hmmm, a tricky one... all three players you have named are touted to do well. Really depends on the 300k midfielder

I'd be leaning towards Boyd and Morris (especially after Clarke's poor NAB efforts)

and
Scotland (predicted ave 97) H-Mac (70 conservative, might not play all games)
Conca (80) Leuy (93)

Hope all that helps :)

Thanks Stew. Still really stuck.

What is a better midfield strategy?

4 guns 1 mid-price
or
3 gun 1 mid-price

I feel as though the first one is too strong and the second is too weak...

underdog11

Ele, i have Wingard and im worried about this bs about primus talking him down. I have 50g and in the bank and wouldnt know what to do with that extra $, thoughts?

Jukes

Le I'd go 4 guns and a midpricer however I don't think there are many good midfield mid-pricers so I'd go either 5 premiums like I am or 4 premiums and rookies.

Am I mistaken? Are there any good mid-price mids?

elephants

Wingard to Hogan? And then keep the money? That's what I would look to do. Would be more of a post your DT in the Rate my DT section more than a combo I reckon...

Thoughts on the above?

stew42

LE, I'd go three guns and mid-pricer (and use that money well!)
or
four guns no midpricers.

elephants

Yeah thanks mate, the mid-pricer is almost locked for me. Unique and I see him living up to his full potential. Will need to spend the money wisely though as I'll be behind early otherwise...

Colliwobblers

I wouldn't worry too much LE go with your gut, if you pick the right players whatever thier price you will be fine. Mid priced mids are tricky tho, because you want them to be a bargain keeper (not many of them likely) or make as much cash as fast as a rook could.

For Midfield, I think $200 - $350K is the price for cash cow mid pricers and your keepers are all long shots under $400K ie sloane barlow shuey potential keepers, wheres I look at blokes like, gaff masten caddy and lucas as mid priced cash cows you hope make you the money while scoring you more than a rook would.
