I'm still settling out a few kinks, thinking about trading out Smith for Stanley and upgrading Winderlich. And as i am going for a league win i dont worry about the bye.

League games are still running during the byes so I think you should still be mindful of your setup. Beams is a bit of a liability, I had him in my side for a while but got scared off. A good unique if it works out.

Paying $355,400 for Smith is just wasted money IMO, either find the cash to go premium or downgrade to HMac or someone like Rowe.

Aside from that and the obvious risks associated with Winder and Porps it's a solid team.

I have now traded Smith out, put rowe in my rucks, traded Weedon into my FWDs, traded Rockliff for Boyd and upgraded conca for Birchall

Good moves I think. I did like Conca though not too pricey should go up and showed a bit in his first preseason games.

would'nt get too carried away with weedon just yet. i think with the byes, most dters would not have a clue how to set up

for the byes [ at least your everyday dters and some so called fanatics] i think most of them will pick their best side without

having too many players from the same team on the 1 line, and get their best possible side. they will then worry about

the byes  a week before and go helter skelter with trades. but, inevitably, i think most dters will end up with donuts.

i mean really you have to be einstein and nostradamus to work it out. [ form, injuries etc ] the better dters might have less

Magner and couch are prob playin for the same senior position. Stevie J is a lil pricey for me too he'll prob drop before the middle of the season and can be picked up cheaper if you're still keen on him.
