Pretty stock standard question who do you think and why? Leaning towards Boyd or Murphy.. Then again ?

yorgis

depends how you are treating the byes ,boyd for me over rock [does'nt share the bye and is proven year in year out]

n4cr123

Not really concerned bout byes as none of these guys share it with swan or selwood

Too heavy in mids. Go cheaper fourth option like Hayes, shuey, sidebum as you want to free up cash. Mids generally score heavy so sure up a fwd or back wit the extra cash

If you're going to have to burn a trade to bring in a premium MID then start with one of the bucketload of rookies and upgrade to a keeper elsewhere.

+1 - My 4th mid spot will be set aside for someone like the above. Until last week it had been Barlow, but not as confident with him anymore.

Don't like to cheap out on my mids as they are the Hughes scorers.... If you go for a cheap option then u will prolly waste a trade to upgrade anyway.... There are also some good value cheap options down back and u forward such as lake, conca, hargrave, brown, props, Clark etc....

mezzoculo

Josh Caddy or Kane Lucas as 4th mid for me.

Kuruki

Wait till the end of nab then decide. Dont cheap out on your mid's. Four premiums is not too heavy. I have 5. Allot of people keep saying Mid rook's score best. Look at last years stats and make up your own mind.

Holz

with these premiums you cant seem to go wrong, i think they will average around the same. I have gone with gibbs as he is a bit cheaper and i think he could increase his average, if money wasnt an option i think boyd will average the most.

sid3bysid3

Agree with holzman. Mids generally all score well over a certain ave. example is pendles and murph last year. Now they're premiums. Look at value in players like Gibbs, shuey, Hayes. All proven scorers who have been touted to take the next step just like murph and pendles did last year.

Also, you are less likely to burn a trade upgrading them as you are hargrave, conca, brown, porps to name a few

PowerBug

Boyd, no-brainer really.

While we are on the subject of mids... Who will be starting with pendlebury? For e he is going to be an upgrade target...

nostradamus

Out of the players you have listed l think Boyd is the best pick
