I've been leaning toward Rocky since the end of last season.
But lately I've been seriously considering Murphy.

Who do you think will average more?
I believe Rocky's going to be super premium eventually (barring injury of course), but will he get there this year? Or in the next couple?

Murphy, I didn't even consider him because I'm honestly a little bit bias - silly Blues  ;D
But lately, I have been thinking about him replacing Rocky.

Other mids right now are GAJ, Selwood, JMac, Shiel, Clifton, (Mitchell, Kavanagh)
Murphy shares the bye with GAJ, while Rocky doesn't share with either Selwood or GAJ. (Rookies will most likely be cashed by the byes)

Who would you guys pick? It would be nice to hear reasons as well

I'd go Murphy. He's averaged over 100 for a few years now while Rocky has done it once. Rocky will also get a bit more attention this year as well

Colliwobblers

rocky for DT sure, but cannot go past murph in SC he is too gooood

Bruce McAvaney

Rockliff averaged 125 in the 2nd half of the season

Capper

That's exactly why I was on him.

Thanks for the replies guys, I'll probably end up going with Murphy.

No he wont, Black and Rich are much more dangerous therefore they will be getting the attention.

I've gone for Rockliff based on his last half of the year he really benefited from playing an inside role instead of an outside role.
The club will know be putting him on the ball.

I'd go for Murphy sinply because we have not seen how Rockliffe handles extra attention.
Lions have given coaches an interesting dilemna - Black will always be tagged but who to have second tag Rocky on the ball and his ability to get it out and find targets ala Black in his prime or Rich with his lethal left boot to Brown and others on the lead.  Suspect in most cases may be Rocky.
