i've googled injury lists but a lot of the results were out of date. the one current one i found listed no injured swans but i just wanted to check.

with sydneys draw and his cheap price he could be a big asset. thoughts?

cortez

from what ive heard he is fine. just wait till friday night and see if he plays.

fever

in that case i'm a little surprised he hasn't been in more people's teams

incog43

I think he has been a wait and see fever. 2 Reco's is always a worry though.

If he looks sharp is definitely a guy that can average 90's though.

fever

yeah true. i was also just taking a look on the syd page and those guys dont even have him in their best 22, so i guess  that's something too :P

mostly about sam reid however does mention about tommy walsh with a slight foot problem & malceski coming off 2nd best in a marking contest... nothing to be alarmed about though

i missed the boat a few years back with the eski and it cost me hard!
he really is in no man's land with 2 LARS reco's. teasing sort of pick, but if you are going with grimes and you might even also be choosing lake (but thats also decision pending) i don't think you would really want to take on eski with his knees.
gun playeer tho, great for SC.

SydneyRox

The eski has been looking good in preseason. THis is the article you want to read.

My only concern is how he looked to be out of favour towards the end of last season, but if he can play well in NAB and gets named rnd 1 I think he becomes a very attractive option at his price.

ronl

Very risky, but if he fires he would be "unique of the year".  I'm tempted.

Pokerface

He struggled to be in the best 22 last year. And when he was, he was constantly wearing the vest. I don't see anything thats changed to improve his prospects this year.

fever

we'll he's apparently over his niggles and has a year more of not having knee surgery than he did last campaign.

sid3bysid3

Whenever he plays a full season he scores well. 2 years back his pre was good and health. Ended up one of the better backmen

SydneyRox

Yup and he is a wonderful kick of the ball, is really good at long pinpoint passing and will generally act as the switch player. Good for racking up the cheap mark/kick
