yeah back premiums dont score that well, i have a mid priced 5th also then rooks but now im looking at ? too i might even go a mid priced 4 and 5, if they get 80's at half the price of premiums well apart from the top4 the otehr premium defenders are only getting 90 anyway and costing 450

What have I told you about using the Suban word... Shhhhhh.

Why are you so keen on Suban? Yeh I know Lyon's has said he could be the designated kicker out of defence.. but I cant see him scoring over 75...
He only cracked 75 3 times last year and has a career average of around 50..

What worries me about Hargrave is that he is turning 31 this year. That is reasonably old in AFL terms.

Sure at just over 200k he could be a great buy if he gets you 70s, But there is the risk that he breaks down and end up costing you a trade.

Alternatively, he could be used as a cash cow with a plan to upgrade him 8 rounds in...

Still 31yo worries me.

I plan on using his as an upgrade. Or depending on how long Conca is suspended for, might trade down to Conca and pocket the cash for later. Just fingers crossed he stays fit long enough!

Could definetly work as a upgradable player.  Another concern is whether he plays a couple of terrible games early on, leading the coach to axe him in favour of developing youth.

But I'd imagine he'd pull his weight.  Im sure that he knows it is his last real dig at playing AFL.

1 nab dont make a season

Yes but we must pick a team before we get to watch the season pan out.

+1 aint that the truth, and i feel the nab cup confuses and frustrates our decision making as much as it helps it

He scored well before his injury and has been tipped for a position on the wing. Was pretty poor tonight apart from his supergoal... I'll continue to watch him. Lyon seems to have a lot of time for him.

Not interested in Hargrave. There are other mud pricers/rookies who show more upside. At 31 Hargrave has only had just the one 'premium' season.
