Defender: Goddard, Scotland, Grimes Heppell, Clarke, Mohr, Morris, (Bugg, Wilkes)
Midfield: Ablett, Swan, Selwood, Hayes, Coniglio, K.Stevens, (Zorko (DPL), L.Brown (DPL))
Ruck: Cox, Smith, (Giles, Stephensen)
Forwards: Franklin, Goodes, Martin, Fyfe, Christiansan, Hampton, Pfeiffer, (Smedts, Kerridge)

Please rate with reasons ...

In advance: Yes Grimes is a risk; Christiansan is my break out year prediction; And Hayes is a gun :o)

i'm with you on Christensen no secret there, but we will need proof of the form and fitness of both hayes and grimes before your going to get that 9.

Hard to get a 9 with a mid priced ruck too but smith is the best of them i reckon, nice side 8.5/10 :)

Only real problem I see is if you are considering Christensen as a keeper you will have 3 forward prems out in Round 12.
Hayes and Grimes coming back from injury so would need to show completely over injuries to justify rating.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

Will be watching Grimes and Hayes in preseason closely.

In place of Grimes I am also considering: Conca, Addison, Lake, R.Hargraves, Hunt, Coad, Connors, Armstrong to name a few
In place of Hayes I am considering: Barlow, Gaff

Hard to lock any team at present but I am happy with the structure at least. :)

Hayes is a worry - he's pro but a knee at his age isn't great - I hope he does come back as good as before but...
Can't argue too much with the rest - Watch Goodes though - Sydney are on the slide and he can't kick to himself.
Sounding like I hate older players here but Cox will surely give a little more ruck time away to Natanui this year and I don't think he;s great value at the price.

Cox is a funny one ... he actually scored the same (or a touch above) Dane Swan last year ...

Will be watching Hayes in the pre-season ... Barlow is the obvious alternative although i would need to find a little extra cash.

Goodes is a gun ... not to worried as the swans always seem to be competitive even if they don't have a great list - note: still made finals last year.

conca might be suspended for the first few games or he would be in my side, so keep an eye on that, i don't like picking lake if he doesnt play nab games, but i did like the way hargrave played both games tonight. The only other one i like out of your list there is armstrong. But there are a lot of diamonds in the rough down around that money its just picking the right one.
