Giles has just taken allot of stress of those who have chosen a 1 Premo 3 Rook ruck. He is going to inprove on Zac Smiths effort last season, you can take that to the bank.

agree with you on giles, think cooyou has a long way to go, the high draft picks showed some class under the circumstances hard to pick any of that performance but there were flashes of brilliance from tyson and tomlinson not so much coniglio or hayes.

liked bugg think he gets the def spot just over darley, pretty sure hampton will be the fwd i pick and depending on the next 2 games might look at tyson and tomlinson again for the fwd / mid roles, still think shiel will be the lock for the midfield and clifton needs to show a bit more next games too.

71 for daisy ... no one will pick him but good effort, and shaw looked very good in defence and is clearly looking to play more of a leadership role (promoted to leadership group) liked him in def.

no one really he was only used as a top up player last season anyway, struggles for a permanent spot in the side, like goldsack neither had a full season and neither will/would have again.

Maybe didak will get a game now? :)

while giles may score as well as smith is that enough? and he didnt have a lot of competition tonight jolly was ordinairy as usual in his first game and minson was better but not by a lot, STILL i agree with you Giles has Smiths potential, I just wonder how long you would keep him for if he did average 70something vs 90something from a premium?
