I will give you advice as you are not confident with your selections.

List your ideal finals team 22 players on paper.
Select 13/15 of those players taking byes into consideration.  They will be your keepers.  Then fill the team with rooks and lower priced players.  All trades through the season should be upgrades/double trades to bring in other prems from your ideal team . This way you minimise trades as well.  Just be confident with you ideal team.
