what are peoples thoughts on nick riewoldt?  could he be in for a big year with a new coach.   is jonathon brown a better option, as they may score similar?

i can go pendles and riewoldt........or chapman and watson......hence the question.

I read in a herald sun article yesterday Or monday that Scott waters was saying he was planning on resting his stars such as big nick possibly twice Through this year. I had reiwoldt locked but after reading that not so sure. Maybe brown is the better option overall.

yeah this sucks, do we as ticket holders get a "rest" on our payments?

i pay too see the best footy, and this resting players is severly annoying.  who is to say collingwood wont eitherm, and ofcourse geelong will too.  this is a risk now with every top 8 team.

haha. It almost sounds harsh, but it really is a fair point.

but then again, don't resting players ensure that we see the best footy in the long run? Or for finals, where you see the best against the best?
