I think theres still a chance for him to return this year, but this latest setback may affect if he goes on next year.

Terrible luck. I don't think the great man will go on next year, but I'd love to see him get a send-off game - but can he get his body ready in time? Doubtful.

Nah, just let him call Richmonds round 22 game, when they finish 9th again.

Richo will play till he's 50! his last send off game (which will be a grandfinal ofcourse, where he'd win the norm smith for the 5th time in a row) will involve 100 possessions, 50 kicks, 50 handballs, 30 goals, 30 hitouts, 40 tackles, 20 clearances and he will be bog and score 500 on DT/SC.
That year he would had won:
- The michael tuck medal for best and fairest for the pre season grand finals, the afl army award for smothering 10 match saving kicks, tanking 10 hits to the face from VB bottles thrown from the crowd (accadentally hitting him instead of buddly franklin ofcourse), then breaking both his legs in 6 places each, only to push the medos away and continue playing another 3 quarters and kicking 25 goals to win the game.
- He also unsuprisingly won the brownlow with 50 votes (5th time running)
- The coleman (250 goals)
- The leigh matthews (again 5th time running),
- He would be captain of richmond that year and win the best captains award
- He'd be captain of the all australian that year
and
- He'd have won both the Mark of the year and the Goal of the year, with the top 10 nominees being from him.
