As stated i wouldn't expect too many games this year. He's done a few interviews and all indications are the he wont play that he's not expecting to play much Senior footy this year.

He can play forward but Brown, Lisle, Cornelius, Retzlaff, Karnezis and Lester there's a lot of tall players who could potentially play forward for us. He was recruited as a Ruckman and will need to develop this first and foremost (In the Reserves)

taken at what, pick 8 or something? at a punt I would say 140k. Won't get enough game time with leuen and hudson ahead of him (Hudson is more than capable as first ruck, let alone second). Would be more inclined to go witts tbh, jolly + wood aren't in the lame league as leuen + hudson.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but am I right in thinking that rookies take time to develop into ruckmen?

Can not see it unless we really flower options up front this year to help brown are Karnezis, Lisle, Lester, Cornelius, Polkinghorne, Retzlaff and Hudson.  IMO Hudson actually outshone Berger in the intra club trial so will be watching NAB cup closely.

Will be watching to see how Vossie uses him in the NAB cup when he is on the ground with Berger. Waiting to see whether Voss follows last years policy (Clarke/Berger) with Hudson/Berger where Clarke was on the ground and swapped with Berger when necessary.
