May be a better option with the number of trades you have is to cop donut. Both Hall and Smith have a negative B/e so have $ to make for you when they return.  However if you have the cash to upgrade Smith to bring in a prem forward to help finalise team need to balance out points to be gained V loss of $ v trades.

had an ok score of 2322 for round 8.

ended up going shiel > watson

have 14 trades and 68k in bank

backs and mids are winning league games for me, fwds still keeping me down, no forward over 100 points

trades looking at this week are magner > zorko

then will look at upgrading anyone in bold
options to bring in would be:
bringing shaw back in backs
danger or steele in fwds

Edit: cant afford shaw with ellis or morris uprade. and cant afford danger or steele with smith or treloar upgrade. Bugger!
i see underlined players as keepers, more so cos of low trades. bugg and porps 50/50 keepers

backs: goddard, deledio, birchall, hurn, clarke, lake, bugg (ellis, morris)

mids: watson, ablett, swallow, selwood, coniglio, horsley (macdonald, magner)

rucks: natanui, roughead (giles, stephonson)

With your setup, I would definitely consider a double downgrade of Zorko & Jenkins, with a double upgrade the following week.  So this pushes Roughead into the forward line.

You will have a double ruck donut in R11, but the cash should allow you to get rid of potential dead weight (which will result in donuts anyway).

Definitely keep Magner you need him for the byes, unless you can find a R12 rookie like Tom Mitchel/Couch.

So would probably go

Conig > Zorko, and pray McDonald is named.
Smith/Treloar/whoever not named > Jenkins, roughead forward

Start Giles as R2, Jenkins emergency

you reckon magner over coniglio? i kno i need magner for round 12 but i feel coniglio still has a bit of money to make, i would prob upgrade coniglio next week or 2 anyway...hopefully.

Definitely Conigilio.  Point scoring & Coverage is going to be more beneficial from an extra 20k you can make.

Money is really not an issue especially if you are downgrading Giles.

more i like at byes the more i think i should be ok, seeing as im just going for league i would assume everyone else would be stuggling with byes so a donut here and there won't matter too much, copped a plenty already.

won 4/5 leagues-sitting in top out 8 in 3/5 and they are the ones i car about more.
was rakned 1850 for the week and jumped 20k to 44,900 overall

was gonna do double upgrade this week,  but now thinking that i need darley, but there are many options!
bugg > darley
morris/ellis > scotland

hall>steel/nroo/danger

smith>pendles/thompson/nds/mitchell/priddis

so many diff options!


do not care about bye donuts....feel if i set up my team it won't matter....


the players i have named are the main ones that i believe i need to finish my team, maybe shaw...but he just bad luck!
